Gentle Pilates, Pilates - FREE
This Pilates class will surely have you feeling two inches taller the next day by lengthening and strengthening the small muscle groups in your body! By employing controlled breathing during body weight resisted movements we build core strength. It is the perfect blend of deep muscle toning, stretching, and balancing while also using Pilates props such as a ring, bands, light weights and fitness ball.
Yin Yang is a perfect complement to more vigorous styles of yoga or any athletic workout which generally emphasize internal heat and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. In this class, we work with the deeper tissues in the body, holding poses for three to five minutes in order to stretch the connective tissue around the joints and bring you to a state of mental calmness. This class will enhance the flow of energy through the body and boost the life force to help strengthen the immune system. Yin Yang is helpful for stress reduction, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia and can bring about a general sense of well-being and peace.

Wind down from your busy schedule in this candlelit, therapeutic yoga class which utilizes props to help you ease into postures and surrender to the poses. When the body is fully supported, you experience a deeper sense of relaxation---a state in which the brain is quiet. Restore your energy and leave feeling rejuvenated.
