About the Event
We will fire up our cores and break a sweat for a 60 minute practice while we bounce to the sounds of the 80s! Bust out your wigwams, neons, and sweatbands ladies and gents!
Pilates improves your flexibility, balance, agility, body alignment, core strength & movement patterns and is the perfect complement to a yoga practice.Â
