Alchemy of the Soul: Transform Your Challenges into Victories Using Nature as Your Guide

This month’s circle embraces the ancient art of spiritual alchemy: the pursuit of the wisdom hidden in our earthly experiences. We will work with alchemical principles, symbols, cards, and tools from nature, such as crystals and herbs, to create our own personal Healing Potion for the support our soul needs at this time. This will be a bit of ancient “kitchen witchery” as we play with the ingredients that represent the changes we wish to create!

Lauren will guide participants through a self-exploration of the seven stages of spiritual alchemy, with the intention being the refinement and purification of the parts of ourselves that are holding us back, i.e. our fears, pride, ego, stubbornness, etc. 

Each participant will be guided to use simple alchemical symbols, liquids, herbs, and crystals to create a take-home Healing Potion that will represent the work they are doing at this time.
