Back to School Ready! Mindful Desk Yoga for the School or Office

It's back to school season, but being in the classroom shouldn't prevent us from finding time to move! This workshop is great for school staff and office workers alike. We'll share some movements you can take right from the comfort of your desk in just a few minutes time. Pre-registration required, as space is limited.
