Flow for An Open Heart

Join us for a flow that will open your heart and surround you with loving kindness. This 60-minute class guided by Christina will be focused around love, opening the heart chakra, and healing. Class will feature heart openers and movement that allow us embody self-love and put loving energy out into the universe for all those who need it.
