Tis’ the season for doing the deeper work!
We are in Scorpio season and this calls for focusing on our psyche, mental health, and emotional world! This month’s healing circle will assist with balancing emotions, regulating your nervous system, and learning new tools for your shadow work.
What’s shadow work, you ask? It’s the time and attention we give ourselves to explore and work through our fears, insecurities, shame, and guilt. As humans, we accumulate A LOT of judgment and emotional baggage along our path. We can be our own worst critic! This month’s circle will help you give yourself the peace that comes with self-acceptance and self-compassion.
When we practice shadow work, we take an inner inventory. What are the fears creeping up right now? In what areas of life am I feeling unworthy or “not good enough?” What wounds from my past are running the show right now?…
