June Healing Circle

This month’s healing circle is all about moving energy through our auric field. Our aura is our biomagnetic field that surrounds our body, holding the energetic patterns that tie to our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual states of awareness. This “bubble” that surrounds us holds layers of memories and emotional charges that can become stuck and stagnant based on our responses to life’s experiences. Trauma, grief, fear, and anxiety all exist within this field and, when we move that energy through the layers of our field, we can help ourselves release and process out the residual energy that creates disease and disorder in our body. Our aura is our record keeper and by working in this area of our body, we can improve our mental and physical health. This is why reiki, acupuncture, and other bodywork modalities help support our overall well-being, because they MOVE the energy!
