Through deep diaphragmatic breathing, gentle stretching, and mindful awareness, yoga activates the vagus nerve—calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and fostering overall well-being.
In this 60-minute all-levels class, Kim will guide you in practices to soothe and tone your vagus nerve, offering tools to carry beyond the mat for a more balanced, vibrant life.
