About the Event
At the beginning of every year it’s important to reflect on the past year and spend some time thinking about what we want for our future. Let's set intentions and decide what kind of energy you will bring into the new year. Writing your thoughts and experiences can give you insight on yourself and your life. You get to know yourself better and you can identify and work through emotions that might otherwise go unnoticed.
Journaling helps clear out the mental clutter and bring clarity, so you can focus on what is really important. By setting your goals and priorities you can direct your focus in the most productive ways.
In this workshop we will get nice and cozy with some bolsters and blankets, have some hot tea, and clear our space and mind for writing down our thoughts.
We will start with some breathwork and meditation to prepare ourselves to open up our hearts and minds to reflect on the precious moments of the past year.
With our journaling prompts, Peggy will invite you to reflect on the highs and lows of the past year. We cannot set intentions until we honor where we have been and what we have accomplished. Then, we are able to think thoughtfully about our goals and what we want for this new year. We will then define our values and strategies and how we will manifest our intentions.
We will discuss the 6 ways we can manifest our intentions:

● Connecting To Daily Intentions
We will conclude with a seated stretch and savasana. This is not a yoga class, although you should wear comfortable clothes for mindful movement!
This workshop includes a brown, kraft journal with a positive message for you to take home. (*event image is not an accurate representation of your take-home journal*)
