New Year Reset

 Our practice will begin with a delicious savasana to calm the mind and body. When we awaken from this restorative pose, we will continue with a light yoga flow to open our hearts, intuitive centers and keep us rooted. We will then guide you with the power of sound, allowing it to restore your mind, body, and spirit back to a state of balance. We will finish our time together with a short ceremony to clear out any remaining stagnant energy and allow abundance into our lives.
