About the Event
The pink full moon arrives April 23, 2024 at 7:49p! Join us for some Pilates inspired gentle movement under a pink "sky" to release that winter energy. Think of these movements as an opportunity to cleanse yourself of any leftover energy that is stuck in your body from the cold season of hibernation. As we transition from cold to warm, we will wind down our practice to move into a guided meditation, calling upon the energy of spring, inviting in energetic fire, passion, and creativity for all that we wish to see bloom.
