What better time than now for new beginnings and harnessing pure potential - a perfect time for setting new intentions, planting metaphorical seeds, and beginning new projects. Join Sarah, Renee and Kim for a day of connecting, healing, and manifestation. This day retreat will take place at a private residence and is anticipated to run approximately 5-6 hours. This is our first retreat of this kind, so in true yogic fashion we will allow ourselves to go with the flow.
