Kimberly & Bethany would like to invite you to a nourishing evening of restorative yoga, cupping, and an alchemy sound bath . 

Kim will guide you through a restful series of grounding postures and longer holds.  The passive stretching and crystal tones will calm your mind and open your body, while using blocks, blankets, & bolsters to help our bodies almost effortlessly soften in to a deep meditative state. 

Bethany will place cups on each student while holding restorative poses throughout the practice. Cup positioning will be adjusted for every pose. Cupping Therapy allows for deeper stretching of the connective tissues , our fascia. 

Cupping coupled with restorative yoga & sound have a calming effect on the nervous system, promoting circulation , and alleviating muscle tension for a full mind body reset.
