About the Event
Kim will begin with a 15 minute guided cord cutting meditation inviting sound, breath, & visualization  to support you in releasing energy that no longer serves you to make space to receive in the new year. This vinyasa style class will focus on moving energy through the body and the space and will end with beautiful reiki healing.
