Craniosacral Therapy consists of a light and gentle hands-on approach (clothed), starting with an assessment to pinpoint the source of tension followed by treatment to increase the flow of CSF, to restore the Craniosacral Rhythm. It is highly effective to address the aches, pains and strains of life caused by stress and nervous system overload. It is also a recommended modality to relieve migraines/headaches, lethargy/chronic fatigue, chronic pain and many other symptoms.
