Samhain - A Witches' New Year Celebration

Come join us to celebrate the Witches New Year, or Samhain, on October 29th! Samhain, Halloween, Dia De Los Muertos, and All Saints/Souls Day are each recognized and celebrated during the sacred period of time between October 30th-November 2nd. Cultures throughout history have honored this holy time of year when the veil between the living and the dead becomes thinner, allowing our loved ones in Spirit to communicate easier with their living relatives and impart the wisdom that is needed for the coming winter.

Samhain, aka the “Witches New Year,” is a pagan tradition that honors the process of death and rebirth, between fall and winter equinox. Samhain is a time to create altars or “ofrendas” that represent our personal surrender and acceptance of the cycles of our life by curating a space to connect with Source energy and our loved ones that have already passed on. We invite them to communicate with us by honoring their life and welcoming in the wisdom they have to share with us at this time.

Lauren, of Soul Strength Tarot and Astrology, will guide you in a unique celebration ritual using guided meditation, channeled messages from Spirit, candle carving work, and divine inspiration that will allow you to honor your own cycles that have come to an end and to assist you in recognizing the wisdom you’ve gained and the insight that your team in Heaven wants you to receive at this time.

You are each encouraged to bring one photograph of a loved one in Spirit to create a personal altar for communication and celebration. You will receive, and take home with you, all the materials you need to create your sacred space, including a custom Samhain photo holder designed for this special event, crystals to support communication with spirit and your higher chakras, your carved candle, and other supplies for creating your space at home. Lauren will provide personal channeled messages for each participant in attendance.
