Fall and Halloween are a time to celebrate the cycle of death and rebirth, an important cycle that is seen in nature constantly, and something that is mirrored within us. We are eternally going through our own process of shedding, releasing and rebirthing ourselves, as we travel along the journey of life. Join us, for  an eerily perfect meditation where we release negativity, summon the power of our intuition, and cast a spell of positivity over ourselves - in honor of Pink Moon's favorite spooky season.

Join Sarah and Belle under the stars as we settle into our personal sacred spaces. Surrounded by candles, seasonal decor, and cool autumn air, bathe yourself in the soothing sounds of the crystal bowls. We will relax and unwind as we allow the healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls to reverberate throughout the body, bringing it back into a state of harmonic resonance, promoting deep relaxation and healing on all levels. Blankets will be provided.

After our Singing Bowl Meditation, we will move together for a 60-minute yoga practice as we find ourselves in alignment with the moon and the stars. We will close out our practice by coming back into that deep state of relaxation, accompanied by more sound healing. Be ready to move, but feel free to wear your favorite Halloween, spooky, or witchy attire! Warm apple cider to be served.
