FREE COMMUNITY EVENT!
Come join us for a free community class! Take in all of nature’s beauty as we practice on our beautiful lawn; balancing and twisting through a vinyasa flow that will energize and open up your body and mind. While connecting to the earth we will feel grounded and centered as we find stillness. The summer solstice can be a time of powerful healing and can mark the start of a new season and a time for inner power and brightness. Start your summer with us!
