Sunrise Sound Bowls & Morning Twilight Flow

SPECIAL DETAILS: Sunrise in July remains early, at 5:44am. For this experience, we will be offering sound bowls at sunrise and then our typical 90-minute experience will follow. If you wish to join us promptly at 6:15a for yoga followed by sound bowls, you are welcome to arrive at this time. We will take a brief break between sunrise sound bowls and our yoga flow. Please note that the sun will already be up by 6:15am. Pricing is the same, however, if you intend to join us at 5:20am we kindly request that you purchase a "Sunrise Ticket" so that we know we can expect guests at this time. Thank you!

Start your day by balancing your energy with the rising sun! Join us for a serene yoga practice as the sun begins to rise over the ocean. We will begin our practice with a short guided meditation listening to the sound of the waves while melting into our mats and then enjoy the enchanting sounds of our chakra aligned crystal bowls.  We will then enjoy a 60min vinyasa flow with an extended salty savasana - including round two of our sound bowls - with cooling essential oil eye towels. You will enjoy the healing powers of the salt air and the ocean as we blissfully flow through our practice. This is definitely an event worth getting up early for!

This will be an all levels vinyasa style yoga class so everyone is welcome! Please bring your mat, either a blanket or towel, and water.

A delicious and seasonal morning citrus and hibiscus Ayurvedic tea will be provided for those that would like to partake.

The event will be held on the beach.

In the event both days are rained out, refunds will be issued or you my apply your ticket to a future event. If you cannot attend the rain date, you may keep your ticket for credit for a future event. If you simply cannot attend, we will issue a refund so long as it is requested at least 48 hours in advance. Thank you!
