End your day by balancing your energy beside the bay! Join us for an end of summer, serene yoga practice as the sun sets over the idyllic bay. We will begin our practice with the enchanting sounds of our chakra aligned crystal bowls.  We will then enjoy a 60min vinyasa flow with an extended salty savasana with cooling essential oils. Soak in the healing powers of the salt air during this blissful early evening practice. What better way to round out your weekend and clear the mind for the week ahead!

This will be an all levels vinyasa style yoga class so everyone is welcome! Please bring your mat, either a blanket or towel, and water.

A delicious and seasonal Ayurvedic tea will be provided for those that would like to partake.

The event will be held on the deck by the Shore Acres Yacht Club in Brick.

In the event we are rained out, we will be in touch about an alternate date or refunds will be issued. If you simply had a change of plans and cannot attend, we will issue a refund so long as it is requested at least 48 hours in advance. Thank you!
