Service Description
Open Levels This mat class will concentrate on all the small muscle groups in your body by employing controlled breathing during body weight resisted movements to build core strength. It is the perfect blend of Joseph Pilates classical poses and contemporary postures, enhanced by Pilates props such as a magic circle, light weights, resistance bands, and fitness balls. Strengthen the deep muscles of the trunk, stabilize the spine, and find a more balanced body.

Cancellation Policy
All Pilates & fusion classes require pre-registration at least 1 hour* prior to the scheduled class time, as many of our classes utilize a variety of props and props are limited. Cancelations are required 2 hours prior to class time. Late cancelations or no shows will be charged a $10 fee. *Policy varies for classes prior to 7a.
