OPEN LEVELS A mindfully paced and soulful vinyasa flow. This open level class keeps you flowing, connecting breath and body, and includes variations suitable for new practitioners as well as leaves opportunity for interested students to challenge themselves more as they wish. Come flow with us! Beginner friendly.

Cancellation Policy

All class cancellations must be made 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be subject to a $10 fee or loss of a session. Courses or Class Series are charged in full at the time of booking. These programs run for a set number of pre-scheduled sessions. Courses & Class Series are non-refundable.
