Flow & Restore (Vinyasa)

Service Description

In this 75 minute intermediate class, we'll flow powerfully, while creating a strong, stable foundation for advancing your practice. Incorporating yoga foundations with core strengthening moves, we'll challenge ourselves knowing that an extended, restorative savasana awaits us.

Cancellation Policy

All class cancellations must be made 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be subject to a $10 fee or loss of a session. Courses or Class Series are charged in full at the time of booking. These programs run for a set number of pre-scheduled sessions. Courses & Class Series are non-refundable.
