Each session with Jack is challenging, high-energy, and fun. Every 1-on-1 program includes a fitness assessment, customized workout plan, and a personal trainer who will keep you motivated, hold you accountable, and do whatever it takes to help you succeed.
All class cancellations must be made 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be subject to a $10 fee or loss of a session. All services must be cancelled or rescheduled 2 hours prior to scheduled service time.
