Service Description

OPEN LEVELS A balancing fusion of yang (active yoga) with yin (passive yoga). A yin practice passively stretches your connective tissue to promote health of your joints and internal organs and is best if done on a "cold" body. This class will begin with yin to open the body to create flexibility and move prana, through long hold passive poses. Class will conclude with a flow of light, fundamental yoga postures to build strength and warmth while relieving stress and tension by connecting breath with mindful movements.
