INTERMEDIATE This class will concentrate on all the small muscle groups in your body by employing controlled breathing during body weight resisted movements to build core strength. It is the perfect blend of deep muscle toning, stretching, and balancing while also using Pilates props such as a ring, light weights, and fitness ball. Enjoy classical mat Pilates moves with strength building exercises.
All class cancellations must be made 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be subject to a $10 fee or loss of a session. Courses or Class Series are charged in full at the time of booking. These programs run for a set number of pre-scheduled sessions. Courses & Class Series are non-refundable.
