INTERMEDIATE This class will concentrate on all the small muscle groups in your body by employing controlled breathing during body weight resisted movements to build core strength. It is the perfect blend of deep muscle toning, stretching, and balancing while also using Pilates props such as a ring, light weights, and fitness ball. Enjoy classical mat Pilates moves with strength building exercises. All classes held prior to 7am require pre-registration by 10pm the day prior. If there are no registrations, class will not be held. Cancelations within 2 hours of class time will be billed a $10 fee or a session will be deducted from your account. While we have been flexible with the rest of our schedule, we will hold to this policy for all classes before 7a.
Pre-registration is required by 10p the night prior. If there are no registrations by 10p, class will not be held. Cancelations must be made at least 2 hours in advance or you will lose a session or be charged a $10 late cancelation fee.
