POP UP! Parasetter Pilates
Give yourself the opportunity to further enhance your yoga and pilates practice and improve both your overall health and wellness. Join Peggy as she introduces the latest modality for pilates and yoga; the parasetter. This class will include both pilates and yoga poses. Experience the improvement in your posture, alignment, and core connection as you lie on the parasetter and learn to connect with your posterior lateral breathing. As we move through a series of pilates poses you will feel more connection to the core while our yoga practice will allow you to relieve stress and reduce cortisol levels and decompress tight fascia and improve your quality of sleep. As we replace our shallow breathing with deeper, longer breaths it will help us reset the parasynthetic nervous system and allow us to fully rest our bodies. This class is for all levels.
All class cancellations must be made 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be subject to a $10 fee or loss of a session. Courses or Class Series are charged in full at the time of booking. These programs run for a set number of pre-scheduled sessions. Courses & Class Series are non-refundable.
