Service Description

Looking to build strength & muscular endurance? Start your morning with an energizing boost! Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, aerobics, and other exercises performed in a circuit. We will alternate between several different exercises that target varying muscle groups with the goal of keeping the heart rate elevated throughout the class. A demonstration will be given for each circuit station at the beginning of class. We will stay at each station for 1 minute, sanitize, then move on to the next station.
