Meditation is a form of exercise for the brain and links the mind/body connection to offer presence, relaxation and inner peace. Whether Sunday is the end or beginning of your week, this meditation will help initiate a practice that supports your creativity, productivity, clarity and overall well-being. Your guide will take you through a practice that supports your ability to set aside those thoughts that may crowd your mind, clearing away the information overload that builds from everyday experiences and stress.

Cancellation Policy
All class cancellations must be made 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be subject to a $10 fee or loss of a session. Courses or Class Series are charged in full at the time of booking. These programs run for a set number of pre-scheduled sessions. Courses & Class Series are non-refundable.
