Love Calming Core? Try Pilates Lite! This all-levels Pilates class will surely have you feeling two inches taller the next day by lengthening and strengthening the small muscle groups in your body! By employing controlled breathing during body weight resisted movements we build core strength. It is the perfect blend of deep muscle toning, stretching, and balancing while also using Pilates props such as a ring, bands, light weights and fitness ball.
All class cancellations must be made 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be subject to a $10 fee or loss of a session. Courses or Class Series are charged in full at the time of booking. These programs run for a set number of pre-scheduled sessions. Courses & Class Series are non-refundable.
