Dueling Sound Bowls

Sometimes the joy of the holidays also comes with the stress of balancing your life with the preparations for the season. Give yourself an evening of self-care to find your inner calm.

During this workshop we will make ourselves nice and comfy in our own personal sacred spaces, which we will cleanse with Palo Santo to rid any stagnant or negative energies that may have entered with us. We will then settle into our  sacred space and start off with some light stretching and breathing exercises. Then, we will unwind as we allow the healing vibrations of dueling crystal singing bowls to reverberate throughout the body, bringing it back into a state of harmonic resonance, promoting deep relaxation and healing on all levels.
