Gentle Movement + Tea Ceremony

Heather Natoli + Courtney Koester have teamed up together to offer you a pairing of slow movement + slow Tea sipping at Pink Moon. This 90 min practice invites you to ground your nervous system and reconnect deeper to Self + nature. Please note, there are two sessions available for booking: Session 1 6p-7:30p or Session 2 7:30p-9p. Please select your ticket accordingly.

Heather will begin by inviting you to reconnect to your Self through micromovements and self fascia release, so you may fully immerse into the nourishing Tea Ceremony.

After reconnecting + grounding your sweet nervous system + whole body with Heather, Courtney will invite you to join her in continuing to deepen the connection within yourself — and with nature — through a sacred Tea Ceremony meditation.

About Heather

Heather is the founder and owner of The Fascia Clinic in Manasquan, NJ where she educates and facilitates fascia bodywork and movement repatterning for clients and healing practitioners. 

Heather is a homeopathic practitioner, licensed massage therapist and fascia bodyworker, a certified fascia fitness professional and certified Restore Your Core teacher. 

She is on a journey to empower and encourage individuals to take their healing back into their own hands by understanding their patterns and needs through deep inner connection. The magic lies in safely reconnecting ourselves to ourselves and the world around us.

About Courtney

Courtney is a Tea-loving, road-trip-mix-making, philosophical soul. A Sagittarius Sun/Moon/Rising, 5/1 Sacral Generator, and Enneagram 7 — in a nutshell, a human who loves to explore life both internally + externally.

As a relational leader, her mission focuses on creating space and inviting rehumanization into the conversation – specifically within the context of business.

From her roots in documentary filmmaking + photography she learned the power of the human story and cultivation of brave spaces where people can show up in full expression + be seen. Now, as a certified holistic life coach with a focus on rehumanizing business, she continues to champion and co-create space that invite deeper connection + humanity to the table.
