Karmic Connections Partner Yoga Workshop

The word Yoga, in Sanskrit, yuj, literally means union, the joining together of mind, body and spirit.

Partner Yoga can help create deeper connections and better relationships, through trust, support, and communication. As a healing art it strengthens the bonds of relationships through verbal and non-verbal communication. Through practicing cooperation, we create a playground for connection that empowers us to explore physical contact in ways that are safe and sacred. Together we will learn to foster healthy relationships as we become more open, present, and in-tune with each other's bodies.

In this workshop, we will begin by attuning to the self and reconnecting with others, as we synchronize the breath and open ourselves to trust. Then, we’ll move through a series of warm-up poses followed by a sequence of several partner poses, experimenting with modifications and variations that best suit you and your partner.

This workshop is about experiencing joy, laughter, and bonding! While partner yoga can be great for intimacy, this workshop is absolutely appropriate for friends & family!

Chocolate and champagne will be offered following this workshop! If you choose not to participate for spiritual or personal reasons, non-alcoholic refreshments will be available.
