New Year, New You - Healing Group Crystal Bowl Meditation

We welcome you to join us for our very first free community event this January 29th 2020.

Whether you choose to join us in person or at home, we will start this rejuvenating meditation  by setting up our own personal sacred spaces. Pull out your favorite pillow and blanket and settle into your mat here with us or at home on your bed or sofa. If you would like to bring a journal to write about your experience, we encourage this as well.

Before we begin, we will cleanse our sacred space with Palo Santo to rid any stagnant or negative energies that may have entered with us. We will then start our journey with some  light stretching and breathing exercises, as well as a guided visualization meditation to help get you get your mind to relax before we bathe ourselves in the soothing sounds of the crystal bowls. As the bowls vibrate, the sound waves travel throughout the body harmonizing each cell. As you unwind, you allow the healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls to reverberate throughout the body, bringing it back into a state of harmonic resonance, promoting deep relaxation and healing on all levels. The sound and vibrations emanating from the bowls help re-tune our bodies by opening, clearing, and rebalancing our chakras, meridians, and acupoints. During this journey, our innate self-healing powers become activated and our immune system becomes strengthened.

After our Meditation, we will take a few minutes to do some reflective journaling (or just chat) to relax any thoughts or emotions that surfaced during this sacred time.

For this event, be sure to wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever props will aid in your comfort (ie: pillows, blankets, blocks, etc…). We will also have a Palo Santo Cleansing Bundle for sale ($8), which will include a palo santo wand, incense sticks and an incense holder. If you will be joining us from home, we recommend taking one of this sets home to accentuate your mediation journey for this event.

About Crystal Singing Bowls:
