FREE COMMUNITY EVENT!
Come join us for a free community class! Take in all of nature’s beauty as we practice on our beautiful lawn; balancing and twisting through a vinyasa flow that will energize and open up your body and mind. While connecting to the earth we will feel grounded and centered as we find stillness.Â
Pre-registration is required. Class will be held outside on the library lawn, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, class will be moved indoors. Â If class is held inside, space will be limited to the first 16 participants.
