FREE COMMUNITY EVENT!
Come join us for a free community class! Take in all of nature’s beauty as we practice on our beautiful lawn; balancing and twisting through a vinyasa flow that will energize and open up your body and mind. While connecting to the earth we will feel grounded and centered as we find stillness.
Pre-registration is required. Class will be held outside on the library lawn, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, class will be moved indoors. If class is held inside, space will be limited to the first 16 participants.
